Earlier today, one of the top recruits in the nation officially declared he would be attending Rutgers University. Five-star recruit, Offensive lineman Anthony Davis chose Rutgers during the Army's All-Star Game this afternoon. According to Scout.com, Davis is the 2nd best offensive tackle prospect in the recruiting class.

Perhaps most impressive is Rutgers is keeping Davis in-state, he is graduating from Piscataway Township.
