| Rodeo loses legendary announcer, Tom Hadley The world of rodeo lost a legendary announcer. Tom Hadley died Monday at the age of 80 in Austin. He had a way of communicating with the novice rodeo fans as well as the well seasoned ones. He didn't yell. He didn't scream. He just clearly explained the situation at hand. A true professional. | Re: Rodeo loses legendary announcer, Tom Hadley The above article forgot to mention his other son, Mathew, who passed away in 2000 as well as forgetting to mention his two grandson's and great grandson. The article also states he is survived by his wife Virginia. He and Virginia have been divorced for many many years. Tom's second wife, Jane, Passed away in January of 2006. Tom was a wonderful man. He will be missed by my husband and my son, his grandson and great grandson as well as his Daughter in law. |
