I'm watching Greg Oden for pretty much the first time in the NBA, I'm mean I've seen bits and pieces but Portland is playing the Bulls and this is really the first time I've sat down and watched Greg Oden. I'm not that impressed. He's been good on defense, some nices blocks good rebounder. But he on offense he looks lost, he's having trouble with the pick-and-roll. I'm not impressed with Greg Oden. He screams Ben Wallace to me

I may be wrong, but I remember a rough entry into the NBA for him. Some injuries and what not.

Yeah he had some weird injury that kept him out of most of summer league, I think it was like eye surgery or something, then he had the knee that kept him all of last year then a foot that kept him out for a while this year, but from what I've seen of him this year which the only game against the Bulls is even if he stays healthy he'll peak and end up Ben Wallace

Wallace isn't terrible, but he isn't great either.

I know and thats how I see Oden in the future, 10 boards, 5 blocks, and 10 points every night, thats not terrible, but it's also not worth a number 1 pick either

Ya. Wallace is solid defensively. And really doesn't guarantee 10 points a night.
