Last year nose guard Casey Hampton showed up for training camp overweight and out of shape. Coach Mike Tomlin wasnt enthusiastic about Hampton's fitness, dropped a few hints it better not happen again and talked up first round pick Ziggy Hood. He talked about Hood's ability to run and shoot gaps.
Perhaps Mr. Hampton should be thinking salads and running for the the time being.
