Steelers WR Hines Ward became the franchise's all-time leader in touchdown catching last night, hauling in two of them against the Bengals. Ward now has 64 TD passes, breaking the old mark of 63 that had been held by John Stallworth. So, does this make Ward the greatest Steeler wide receiver of all time?

I like him...he's good...but I saw Swan dismantle my Cowboys back in the day...and Stallworth was no slouch...so no...got to go with the old school boys.

Yeah, I'm with you. I'd put Ward third just behind those guys and ahead of Louis Lipps, though.

Now there is a name you do not hear much...Louis Lipps...totally underrated...wow, coin toss between him and Ward in my book.

That was a very quiet 64 TD's. I always knew Ward was a very good player -not only can he catch but he's one of the best blocking WR's. But I didn't realize he put up those kind of TD numbers.

Swann would be virtually unstoppable nowadays with all the rules favoring the offense. Stallworth was better too, but Ward is a very, very good player.
