Scratch ex-Steelers coach Bill Cowher's name off the list of available coaches, as he as signed a deal with CBS to work on their NFL studio show next season. Cowher, via a conference call, told reporters "I can still be part of it [football] but not have it consume your life... It's an opportunity to stay busy on Sundays and it may go beyond this year... I'm planning on doing this for a couple of years."

So is Cowher REALLY done with coaching for now, or is this just lip service?

I'll go with choice B. He really has no way of knowing whether he'll like broadcasting or not.

He's done for at lest one year. He will be back though.

i think he will sit out for sure this year.........wont a team have to pay the steelers if he doesnt ?

next year i think he will have his pick of the open jobs
