Can't believe that Ryan Clark is actually thinking about playing in Denver next week, doctors have cleared him to play, I believe the risk is to great, due to his condition, after all the game is not a must win situation. Hope he knows what he's doing.

If the doctors cleared him, then it must be alright, but I would sure think twice about it.

Re: Steelers Bye Week 11/01/09

Linebacker James Harrison named AFC Defensive Player of the month, after a slow start Harrison has really turned it on... In four games in October Harrison has seven sacks, 21 tackles, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery. This will go a long way (if he keeps it up) toward his second Defensive Man Of The Year award.

Yea Bette, me too, I wouldn't even make the trip if my life were on the line. Wonder what his wife is thinking? I believe it was the team doctors that cleared him, not his personal physician. That's a big difference, not that the team doctors would jeopardize his life, just sayin.

Looks like Ryan Clark will make the trip to Denver, though he's still not sure if he will play, he said he needs to beat Denver, not the team, the place, so it's a mental battle at this point. Steelers say that whatever he chooses, they support him 100%.
