According to a report in the Penn State Daily Collegian Online, the state of Pennsylvania is looking to essentially legalize scalping. State law currently limits people to charge a maximum of $5 over face value for Steelers tickets, Pirates tickets, Nittany Lions tickets and so on. However, this proposed new bill would allow people to resell seats on certain websites without regulating a maximum cost. So, good idea or bad?
