Casey's Injury

What does everybody think about Casey's injury? The only good thing I have seen from it is the emergence of Craig Wilson.

I think this proves that the Pirates would be completely stupid to get rid of Wilson...

Wilson is not a bad option...I followed him a few years ago when he was on my fantasy team...sorry to hear about Casey, he was a class act as a Red...but he was often injured...

Re: Casey's Injury

Craig Wilson is young and has a lot more years in his career.

He can turn into an All-Star slugger--or he can turn into the head chef... at Dunkin' Doughnuts!

He can turn into anything he puts his effort into

Re: Casey's Injury

Like you say, wvu, Wilson's been hot but so had Casey. I would've like to have seen both in the lineup, but since that's no longer an option, it is a darn good thing that the Wilson for John Tompson deal fell through. We can't afford to lose any bats right now.

Re: Casey's Injury

Thats the truth Lefty. Right now the bats are hot, and I like what the offense is doing. It is the pitching that is a huge problem...
