Tom Gorzelanny honored

Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Tom Gorzelanny has been named the National League Co-Player of the Week, sharing the honor with Colorado SS Troy Tulowitzki. According to the Associated Press, "Gorzelanny led the league with 16 innings, posting a 2-0 record. The 25-year-old struck out 13 while surrendering just two runs." He also notched his first career shutout on Sunday against the Giants. Glad to see Gorzelanny getting his due!
