How about that? Wilson knocks a two-run dinger and Santos struck out five while holding the Reds to a pair of two runs and four hits in 5 1/3 innings. Good to see them finally break into the win column, and I sure hope they make a habit of it. Who are the starters for the home opener?

Starters are going to be Odalis Perez for the Dodgers and Zach Duke for the Bucs. Hopefully Duke will put up another good performance. This is Tracy's first game against his former club so I am sure he would like to get a win.

The Bucs will be pretty good this year. You can't go crazy over 1 bad week.

Its not just 1 bad week... its all the past years, too. When you're a Bucs fan, and you're fresh off a series of bad years, no matter how you try to convince yourself otherwise, you see this start and tend to slip into "here we go again" mode. If we are going to turn it around and start winning, the pitching needs to get a lot better than it has been.

Lefty, I agree totally. When a Pirates fan sees a start like this he/she begins to have bad flashbacks of the past couple of years!

I am heading down to the opener today, so hopefully I will get to see the Bucs pull out a victory..
