After today's loss to the Astros, the Associated Press had some interesting observations about Pirates skipper Jim Tracy.
"Tracy... is 108-151 in his two seasons as the Pirates manager and is beginning to look it," writes the AP. "Tracy appeared as beaten down as he has all season after this loss, the Pirates' eighth in nine games since the All-Star break -- a stretch in which they have been held to three runs or fewer six times." How much more does he have left in the tank? Is he on the hotseat? Should he be? |
