Jose Castillo and Jack Wilson can be the difference makers for the Bucco's this year. We know what Bay, Casey, Burnitz, and Randa can do. If Jose and Jack have breakout kind of years then the Bucs will be formidable at the plate. This could become a reality. It's not out of the question. These up the middle guys can make or break our year.

Do you think Wilson can put up the same kind of numbers that he did in the first half of 04 (I think it was 04)? What about Castillo? Is .310 out of the question?

If they can hit well you are right, the Bucs lineup will be strong top to bottom.

I don't think Castillo or Jack will hit .300 What I would like to see from Jose Castillo is .280 - 20 Home Runs and 80 RBI'S. Jack Wilson around .280 with 12 Homers and about 65 RBI'S. Those aren't staggering numbers but they would make a huge difference in the lineup. Wilson needs to get on base for Casey,Bay, Burnitz etc.

Castillo would be perfect in the six or seven slot.

Do you think Castillo can hit with that kind of power? I mean those are great numbers, but for a second baseman they would be awesome. I hope he can do it; it would definitely help.

He was approaching that kind of power last year before he got hurt. He is one strong hombre. He just needs to work the count a little better in his favor.
