Are there any surprises out there? Can you think of any players that are going to have a break out year? I have the feeling that Jose Castillo will have a breakout year for the Pirates. Some players seem to come out of nowhere each and every year but in reality their break through was in the making. You can see signs of a possible big year. I named my potential break out player. Who do you got? This might be good for fantasy baseball team building.

What about Nate McLouth? In 41 big league games he is batting .257 with 5 HRs and 12 RBIs. I know that those are not the best numbers in the world, but this guy has a world of potential in my eyes. Is he going to be able to crack the lineup this season?
