without a doubt wvu and lousiville are the two schools that are carrying the big east, but who is going to be that third team who gives them a run for their money. I figure it to be between a three schools, U. of South Florida, Rutgers, and Pitt. Now my heart tells me to hope Pitt has a horrible year. But as a big east fan we need them to do well. Rutgers is got a great coach who is changing the tide in my home state of new jersey. But they have alot of seniors next year, and there is USF they are starting to recruit will in a talent rich state of florid they obviously cant ge tthe 5 star athletes cause of the gators, noles , and canes but their holding their own.

You guys seeing any of these teams doing well?

I'd have to give the edge to Pitt as they're the most balanced of the three teams. The State University of New Jersey has some issues on defense, having lost both starting defensive ends (including all-Big East DE Ryan Neill) and one of their two tackles, and South Florida was ranked 79th in the country offensively last season and will has issues at QB and a major hole to fill at WR (they lost Andre Hall, who holds most university receiving records).

My pick is Rutgers. This school has been a sleeping giant for far too long, located between 2 of the largest cities in America. The recruiting grounds are extremely fertile and they now have a coach that is capable of turning the program around as evidenced by their bowl appearance last year. The played ASU in the Sun Devils own backyard in the Insight.com Bowl and lost a close one 44-41. Rutgers may well challenge the top 2 as early as this year and is definitely a team to keep an eye on.

i came home to NJ for my one week summer vacation, damn summer school. But the one thing ive noticed is Rutgers getting more coverage then the jets now this is in the 4 days ive been home it could change soon. But i guess NJ is really rallying behind Rutgers this year, normally Michigan has more fans in northern jersey then Rutgers. If you ask why this is its cause Michigan is on tv here more often then Rutgers or ND. But im glad to see this Schiano has done nothing but bring in hard workers and guys who you can root for without hearing them getting arrested for holding up a convient store or drinking grey goose and driving with 4 loaded guns and a bullet proof vest on. With that said i hope WVU kicks the crap out of them

i say pitt,rutgers is a close 4th just a few less percentage points,south florida? they just get lucky and beat some one this vol fan is also a louisville fan as well i know they are predicted 2ed but that could be a good thang
