Anyone all that worked up about it? I thought he said it in a joking way, sort of to his "team mate".

I find the talk about it kind of funny. Folks that don't think these guys talk that way are living in a sheltered world, although I do think it was poor judgment to use it while miked up.

Announcers joke all the time that we are lucky we aren't lip readers.

Anyway, I'm a lot more upset that he F'd up the derby than I am about the slip up!

Thoughts, opinions? Anyone ready to rip me?

Did not hear about it.... waht he say? Or should I guess? During the Derby and they got a mike too close.... then they get shocked that someone curses... oh my God that's horrible . If a fireman was fighting a fire and cursed would anyone care??? No, but a sportsman has to be careful. Load of BS if you ask me.

Well, he was miked for the intros, and when NYC booed him, he laughed and said "Boo, F you"! But he was laughing!

Wait...NYers booing people????? I never heard of that? He must have been mistaken. Like Papelbon worried because people threatened his pregnent wife. I have been to Boston and NY and both groups of fans are courteous, friendly fans who respect and are cordial to opponents and their fans. I think these guys are making things up.
