they had the early game the last 2 season in the NLDS as well hopefully it can get over before class wenesday but crap I'll miss the end thursday grr MLB

We don't rate high on their scale that's for sure. Defending champs but no one wants to see us.... like the ugly step child you keep hidden under the stairs. LA is media market and Cards are "a nice baseball town with a pleasant fan base". We are loud uncouth slobs. Yanks are .... well the Yanks. Anything that comes from NY is great and rest of country is a distant second. Boston has fans more obnoxious then all other fans put together but FOX is creaming in their pants hoping for a Sox-Yanks AL Championship. Minn or Detriot is forgotten.. although if not the Phils then I would love to see Minn win it. Mauer is incredible.... think if Jeter is the standard for what a player should be ( and even if you hate the Yanks you have to love Jeter. Guy comes to play everyday, never gives up, does whatever it takes to win, never complains, never involved in scandels) then the next 2 guys out there you can point a finger at and tell young kids to look up to are Mauer and Utley. Angels are the other forgotten team. So a WS of Angels/Phils would be ESPN/FOX/Media worst nightmare. Although the drama of Mike Scosia returning home to Philly would be nice. I still have his HS baseball jersey at home.... we went to same HS and I was on team after him.. even then people knew he was going to be something.
