The Flyers took the Devils down on a Jeff Carter defection goal today to finish off the home and home sweep!

Two wins against Jersey to get into the win column will go a long way to soothe the Philly fans.

But the fans did manage to embarass the city once again.

After a goal was waived off (the right call, by the way), the smoke bomb came down, and the game was delayed by several minutes.

Some folks are just morons.

So, Simon, the Rays players were saying they had been to Boston, and won 2 of 3, so Philly fans couldn't make any impact on them.

What do you think?

If we are so bad, we couldn't frazzle a young team just a bit?

Of course, if the can't get a hit with RISP, it won't matter, but I'm thinking tonight they break it open.

i think the Rays will have a tough time in Philly ..... those fans are brutal ... though the Rays dont have much crowd support at home either

Yeah, I find throwing a smoke bomb on the ice when things don't go your way to be an embarassment.
