| Flyers draft day trade Flyers trade RJ Umberger and a 4th round pic to Columbus for a 1rst and 3rd round pick this year. Guess they figured they couldn't pay RJ. Damn. Not sure I Like that. Depends on what they get tonight in the draft...      |

| Re: Flyers draft day trade I'm not all that thrilled with what they got for him either. Seemed the announcers were much more impressed with the next pick by the Rangers. Bummer is right.... Well, the Flyers record in the draft has been good lately, but I'm sceptical about this one. Just a few more picks until the Flyers go again.

| Re: Flyers draft day trade The Flyers traded the 27 overall pick for Mike Emminger, and the 84th pick overall. Seems they are beefing up the D! Here are the Stats for Emminger. Washington Capitals - Team: Steve Eminger Official Player Page Seems he didn't play a lot, but he is young, and a former 1rst round pick. |

| Re: Flyers draft day trade Philly gets the number 19 pick and lands D Luca Sbisa from Lethbridge. He's Swiss with 6 goals and 27 assists in regular play and 3 goals and 12 assists in the playoffs. |
