| Flyers vs. Stars DALLAS (AP) - Mike Modano was more concerned about where he scored his 500th career goal than how he did it. Modano became the second U.S.-born player to score 500 goals and 39th in NHL history, leading the Dallas Stars to a 3-2 victory over the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday night. | Re: Flyers vs. Stars For the most part, the night belonged to Modano, but for the Flyers the two goals came from Scottie Upshall and Joni Pitkanen. Philly has won just three of their last 12 games... they need help. |
