NFL.com's Adam Schefter is reporting that the Steelers are currently shopping RB Duce Staley, and that "one possible landing spot would seem to be the Philadelphia Eagles who, to date, have not had any trade conversations with the Steelers. Should Staley be released, and it is within the realm of possibility, the Eagles could be on the list of teams interested in his services." Staley would definitely be a good fit back with his old team, wouldn't he?

Just my opinion, but I think Staley is a set of Goodyears that have 60,000 miles on them...They may get you a few thousand more but it will be a rough ride along the way...

Staley did...injuries aside...he has piled up +5,700 lifetime rushing yards, has +2,500 more receiving...3 times over 1,000 yards...three seasons with 50 or more catches...good solid stat...short of the Hall but compares well to other good runners...

I thought this year he was going to take the place of the Bus...I guess not now...
