| Philly falls to Raiders The bad news is that the Philadelphia Eagles lost to the Oakland Raiders in last night's Hall of Fame game, committing five turnovers in the process. The good news is that, in the words of the AP, "the Eagles' first-stringers were solid on both sides of the ball... The Eagles made Oakland's starting defense look leaky in taking the 7-0 edge, and the Raiders did little on offense with their first-stringers until getting a break (Jeff Garcia's INT)." So how do you feel about your team's performance last night, Eagles fans?

The kid's got everything you could want in a quarterback -- humility, ace grin, smarts, icewater in his veins, sticky hands, a magician's misdirection, quick and ready legs, and of course, an arm with the uncanny ability to find receivers with 10-yard bullets or 60-yard bombs.
