Will the Philadelphia Eagles make the playoffs in 2006? Not according to DallasCowboys.com, which writes that Philly "should be much improved in 2006. However, the same statement could be made for every other team in the division... Getting better is a must, but it might not be enough to return to the playoffs in the talent-rich NFC East this season." What do you think?

I dont think theyll make it either. Cowboys and Redskins are tops in that division. Not enough wildcards to go around for them to get in.

Ah the Giants! If only they didnt have that schedule. The 85 Bears couldnt make the playoffs with that schedule. Im surprised the poor Giants dont have to travel to hell to face Satan's new NFL franchise the Doomriders! Whoever made the schedule for 2006 really stacked the deck against Big Blue.

Anyway... the NFC East looks like its going to be a hard one to forecast in 2006. Every team in it seems to be improved somewhat, and there are so many variables. Can McNabb and Westbrook stay healthy in Philly? Will T.O. behave himself in Dallas? How will the Giants cope with their tough road schedule? Will Brunell be good to go in DC? Right now, it'd be awful hard to pick a division champion out of the pack.

I agree Gotham. Owens can play for me any day of the week. The only thing that will keep Dallas from winning the division is if their O-Line doesn't hold out. I thought Parcells made a huge mistake by drafting Fassano instead of a lineman.
