Re: Philly seeking offensive balance

According to this article, "Philadelphia ran the ball just 37 percent of its plays (365 of 985), a percentage that falls to 30.5 if you subtract 64 rushing attempts on quarterback scrambles and reverses to wide receivers." Apparently, the Eagles have been working hard during minicamp to try and establish a running game, but I'm not convinced they have the personnel to pull it off. What do you guys think?

I think without Owens they better start to pull it off, or else they are going to be all over their receivers. I also think Moats has a big upside. Westbrook can be All-World when he is not injured....which is...ah...never.

It doesn't matter. The Giants are running away with the division.

Speaking of not being injured, do you think Correll Buckhalter will ever be healthy enough to contribute anything meaningful to this team's rushing attack? Personally, I like Moats, and Westbrook is a good receiver, but this team is lacking a sledgehammer.
