With the established defenses of the Steelers,Bears, Pats and the rising Cowboys, sometimes the Eagles defense isnt talked about. They have kept key players and added key players. Their biggest weaknesses are at linebacker and safety.

With 3 pro-bowl caliber corner backs and Brian Dawkins healthy and playing for a new contract, QBs should be quivering in fear of throwing interception.

The Eagles line will get sacks because of coverage as well as off the line.

The LB core is so fast that the Birds cut Takeo Spikes to give the kids more reps. They tackle and can cover a great combination.

I like the Eagles D this season.

If management would only match the effort on the offensive side of the ball (a true #1 receiver), then the Iggs would be unstoppable.
