Kevin Jones available

Kevin Jones just got releashed by the Lions. The kid is a local Philly boy, we went to the same HS... only 15 years apart. If he could be signed for cheap he could provide a back-up for Westbrook.

He is a good back...and Westbrook is just as injured prone...might get a decent year out of the two combined...

Not if they are both injured at the same time and that could very well happen.

Well, excuuuuse me please, but it appears you are the one who said Westbrook is just as injury prone as Jones. I like Westbrook and Jones hasnt had much of a chance being injured all the time and all, and I dont care if the Eagles are in our conference or not, but two inury prone running backs arent going to do Donovan much good, whom I happen to like very much. So there!

Thumbs up Re: Kevin Jones available

Easy boys. I agree both have histories of injuries. Westbrook not as much as you might think. In 6 years he goes 15-15-13-12-15-15. Thats not that horrible considering the workload he carries.... it should be worse. Jones goes 15-12-13-12. Not that bad either. I think having both guys in the backfield would allow Reid to give each of them a lot of touches and still get enough rest to stay healthy. But I am partial to Jones for personal reasons... even if he did **** over PSU.

Re: Kevin Jones available

I think Westbrook is a lot tougher than folks think. He needs to be used more, not less. His injuires haven't really killed the team either. I don't see tham getting JOnes unless he comes dirt cheap!

McNabb is another story!

Someone on here tells me that I shouldnt assume or think I know what other people may or not be thinking. Per chance those people should practice what they preach.
And I did too have a smile on my face, just not on my post

Can you tell how positive and happy I am????
