The Eagles are waiting for an arbitration ruling on disputed money involving Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terrell Owens, stemming from their bitter divorce in 2005. The league source said the Eagles recovered $1.725 million of the $2.3 million signing bonus paid to Owens in March 2004. The NFLPA, on Owens' behalf, filed a grievance against the Eagles in December 2005, claiming the team unfairly withheld $765,000 of his base salary after he was suspended by the team seven games into the season. That arbitration case has been heard, the league source said, but the decision on that money is pending.
