Best Running back out of Penn State?...They have had their share of great backs (though not always great in the NFL)...Capalletti, Harris, Johnson, Enis, Carter to name a few. Out of these, who was the best college runner, and who was/is the best pro runner?



My choice?...Lydell Mitchell...

Lydell Mitchell is often forgotten when talking about the great pro backs, and I always thought he was never given his due. But Larry Johnson, when all is said and done, will be the best ever out of Penn State.

Yep, Lydell was totally under rated...but LJ only had a streak of 9 good games...I would like to see a bit more from him, before vaulting him over Mitchell and Harris.
