Penn State WR Derrick Williams is only a sophomore, so maybe its a little early to dub him a potential Heisman Trophy candidate. But according to Street & Smiths, "Williams - the nation's top recruit last season in the eyes of many - was the No. 1 target before he broke his arm in the Michigan game... Williams had 668 all-purpose yards and made defenses gasp all year." So if he stays healthy, could Derrick Williams garner some Heisman attention?
