| Re: Penn State starting defensive line According to this story, starting on the Penn State defensive line this season will be tackles Jay Alford and Eddie Johnson and ends Josh Gaines and Jim Shaw. Alford is the top returning sacker in the Big Ten, but the other three guys lack experience. "Johnson... will be playing for the first time in almost two years," claims this story, adding that the two ends "will start for the first time against Akron on Saturday." Can this foursome get the job done?
