Ever wanted to suit up for the Penn State Nittany Lions football team? Well, from June 14-18, a handful of lucky fans will have that chance as the university holds its first ever football fantasy camp!

According to this press release, "a number of former players are donating their time at the Camp to help instruct current Nittany Lion players and offer advice on their college and post-graduate careers. Among those lettermen are: three members of the College Football Hall of Fame -- Glenn Ressler, Dennis Onkotz and [Dave] Robinson - as well as former standouts Todd Blackledge, John Greene, Eddie Johnson, Rich Rosa, Rick Sayles and Tim Sweeney." Doesn't sound like too bad of a deal, eh?

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa.; June 5, 2007 – They’re coming from small towns and big cities in nine states across America. Some have yet to reach their 30th birthday, while others are a grandparent.

But, one thing they all have in common is great passion for Penn State Football.

On Wednesday, 29 players will arrive on campus for the second edition of the Penn State Football Fantasy Camp. They range in age from 28 to 65 years old and are coming from Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia as well as Pennsylvania.
