Penn State tight end Andrew Quarless had his placement into a first-time offenders program on a DUI charge postponed due to a scheduling conflict with his attorney Thursday morning. The Nittany Lion was scheduled to be placed into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program that would allow the charge to be dismissed and Quarless’ record expunged if he completes court-ordered provisions. Due to a miscommunication, Quarless was not in court and his hearing is being rescheduled, said his attorney, Kelley Gillette-Walker.
