| Re: AFCA honors Penn State football The Penn State Nittany Lions football program has been honored by the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) for their academic achievement. According to this press release, Penn State posted an 84% graduation rate, with 47 football squad members earning at least a 3.0 grade point average during the fall semester. Kudos to Joe Paterno for keeping his kids successful in the classroom as well as on the field. |
