According to the Associated Press, "Suspended Penn State running back Austin Scott has been charged with raping a woman at his on-campus apartment after meeting her at a bar... Scott, 22, was arraigned Friday on charges of rape, sexual assault and two counts of aggravated indecent assault, all felonies, in connection with the Oct. 5 encounter."

This kid is in a heap of trouble. I hope can can afford good lawyers or maybe an attorney will defend him pro bono or would that break NCAA rules?

Not sure he needs to worry about NCAA rules anymore - I believe the young man has been dismissed from the team.

I was thinking more about an alum getting into trouble. I doubt this kid will ever touch another football at the college level and the NFL teams will think twice.
