The price of a Penn State football ticket will increase by $3 next season – but it still won't be the most expensive seat in the Big Ten.
Not quite, at least.
Season ticket holders in Beaver Stadium will pay $49 for a seat in 2007, up from $46 last year. A seat cost $44 in 2005.
Single-game seats will increase from $55 to $58.
Still, the Nittany Lions aren't the highest-price ticket around.
Ohio State will charge $60 for seats in 2007 and Michigan's prices range from $50 to $60. Both increased seats by $1 from last year.
