Recruiting experts say he is warming to State College.

"He'd be a big catch for them," said Tom Lemming, a national recruiting expert based near Chicago. "He's big and he's strong and he's fast. If he goes to Penn State, he could be a dominator.

According to this story, Green "is 6 feet 1 inch and 230 pounds. He rushed for 2,096 yards and scored 27 touchdowns last season for Pulaski Academy." He's committed to USC but is seriously looking at changing his mind and coming to State College instead.
