"Penn State had its 11-game home winning streak snapped, losing in Beaver Stadium for the first time since a 14-7 loss to Northwestern in 2004. ... Michigan's seven sacks, which accounted for a loss of 65 yards, were the primary reason why Penn State managed its lowest rushing total (minus-14 yards on 25 attempts) under Joe Paterno. Six yards against Southern California in 2000 was the previous low. ... Paul Posluszny, who had seven tackles Saturday, needs 31 more to become the school's all-time leader. ... Punter Jeremy Kapinos needs 189 yards to become Penn State's all-time leader in that category."
