| Ottawa beats the Penguins 5-4 Alfredsson scores the winner, plus a second one (he hadn't scored in 9 games). Lapointe, Vermette and heatley the others. gerber gets the win. malkin, maloneX2 and sykora gets the Pittsburgh goals and Conklin gets the loss. Ottawa stops the freefall (3 game skid) and Murray gets his first win.
