 World Champions is anyone else even slightly miffed that so many sports call their champion winners World Chapmions ? seems they are more local champions      |

| Re: World Champions How many sports do officially call their champions "World Champions"? Baseball does, "World Series Champions" but the NFL has "SuperBowl Champions" and the NHL "Stanley Cup Champions". NCAA sports crown NCAA/BCS champions, not World Champions. Does the NBA do it? What about the MLS, etc.?
