Skier Scott Macartney Recovering After Crash
American skier Scott Macartney is conscious and recovering from this crash at the World Cup downhill on Saturday in Kitzbuehel. A 30-year-old from Seattle, Macartney crashed while going an estimated 88 mph just before the finish of the downhill. His helmet came off during the crash. Coaches said he was making jokes at the hospital and did not break any bones. A full recovery is expected.
