Apples and Oranges: Pulp Fiction or Game Six?

I love "Apples and Oranges." It is, i daresay, my favorite bit on GoTeamsGo.

A good one, i hope, for you today:

Pulp Fiction, the greatest film of the 1990s

or

Game Six, the greatest baseball game of the 1980s

?

As for myself, i will simply state that i'm going with Pulp Fiction, if only because the outcome of game six (i.e. Red Sox lose! Red Sox lose! And we're going to Game Seven!) was predictable.

Well, I am glad you like the bit Wiz since I came up with it...only I haven't caught Pulp Fiction man...sad, yes I know...so I gotta call this one a "Rain Delay"

Re: Apples and Oranges: Pulp Fiction or Game Six?

Many of the scenes in Pulp fiction came out of left field- Bill Buckner watched the ball roll thru his legs into right field
John Travolta got his in Pulp Fiction-John McNamara got his in real life
Ray Knight brought the Mets back form the dead- Travolta brought Uma Thurman back from the dead
Tim Roth played a big part in Pulp Fiction-Tim Teufel played no part in the comeback
Pulp Fiction established Uma Thurman as a babe- The Mets win reestablished the Curse of the Babe
Any game the Red Sox lose is better than anything else on the screen or TV-I'll take the Mets!
