Robby Gordon's Response to SCORE's Alleged Accusations
I love it when Robby quotes chapter and verse from the sanctioning organization's rule book.

Besides defending his actions by quoting the rules that exist, he explains how he did not violate any of them and that, with SCORE's monitoring equipment either non-existant or inoperative, they could not verify their claim that he sped while producing his own documentation which shows shows he didn't.

Then he lobs a bomb at them: "Also, under Rule GP3(9)all competitors who have a course deviation penalty are automatically disqualified. Disqualification is the minimum penalty allowed for a course deviation pursuant to GP3. These results will have to be modified as well."

According to this rule, no less than 10 of the 19 finishers will be DQ'd, moving Robby up to 4th if his penalties stand.
