Dwight Howard was suspended one game for throwing an elbow at Samuel Dalembert as they fought for position under the basket in Orlando's 91-78 win over the 76ers Tuesday night.
He received a technical foul in the game for the incident. It was his second of the playoffs, the first for arguing a call in Game 2. He had 14 technicals during the regular season.
