| Beavers vs. Sun Devils Well, the good news for Oregon State is that their offense, which had been struggling, erupted for 607 total yards and 61 points in a win over Idaho State last weekend. The bad news? This week they have to face off against the Arizona State Sun Devils, the team which boasts the #1 ranked defense in the Pac-10. So, what gives? Can the Beavers continue to rack up the yardage and put points on the board, or will ASU be too much for them?

According to the Associated Press, "Rudy Carpenter threw for 361 yards and four touchdowns and the Sun Devils defeated Oregon State 44-32 on Saturday night, rallying from a 19-point first-quarter hole."
