You know, I find this interesting that Myles Wade, one of the best defensive linemen ranked by SuperPrep in the country and Ducks top recruit last year...is only a 1 star JC lineman? He actually was ineligible to join the Ducks last year due to academics. I think this is very interesting as I was inquiring about this guy through friends from Oregon and nobody had an update for me. I hope he is ready by next year...he is good. Thanks Tuck4Bama!

Aliso Viejo (Calif.) Aliso Niguel kicker Mike Bowlin will play his college football in the Pac-10 after committing to Oregon late last week...

Oregon's special teams unit got an upgrade over the weekend when Aliso Viejo (Calif.) Aliso Niguel kicker Mike Bowlin committed to the Ducks.
Kicking coach Chris Sailer of Chris Sailer Kicking had high praise for Bowlin.
"Mike is an outstanding kicker. He is big, strong, accurate and has a great head on his shoulders and is one of the top young kickers in the country," Sailer said.
Bowlin is ranked as the #4 kicker by Chris Sailer Kicking at the mid-summer point. "He can easily be the #1 kicker in the nation and he should be a fantastic kicker for Oregon for years to come," said Sailer.
