| Ducks remain upbeat as tame rivalry week rolls on Junior rover Patrick Chung came skipping out of the locker room, yelling, "It's an awesome day!" Graduate assistant coach Eddy Morrissey was his usual optimistic self, praising the rain-free weather. While Oregon fans worried about rumors of another injury, the Ducks appeared in great spirits as they prepared for Thursday's closed practice at Autzen Stadium. As for any injury news, Bellotti said there was nothing new to report and the players looked as healthy as could be during their brief warm-ups that were open to the media. On Monday, Bellotti said the morale of the team was "subdued to a degree" because of the recent injuries to receiver Cameron Colvin and running back Jeremiah Johnson.
