| Re: USC Trojans at Oregon Ducks (5) USC at (10) OregonSouthern Cal-Oregon Preview While the Pac-10 champion won't be crowned in Saturday's top-10 matchup at Oregon, Southern California's conference title hopes would all but end with a loss. The fourth-ranked Trojans look to stay in the hunt for an eighth consecutive league title and shore up some defensive breakdowns when they visit the 10th-ranked Ducks and their prolific offense. In less than two months, Oregon (6-1, 4-0) has made a season that could have become defined by an embarrassing loss at Boise State -- and LeGarrette Blount's infamous punch -- into one with a chance to win its first Pac-10 title since 2001. Riding a six-game winning streak, the Ducks, off to their best conference start since opening the 2000 season with seven straight league wins, stand alone atop the Pac-10. Their lead is hardly safe. USC (6-1, 3-1) and Arizona are tied for second, and either team could take the conference crown by winning out. "Our conference is as tough right now, as I'm seeing it, as I've ever seen," USC coach Pete Carroll said. "The team that makes it through it on top is going to be really good." USC Trojans vs. Oregon Ducks Preview, October 31 2009 - NCAA College Football - ESPN Ok everybody, here is my very very biased Prediction: Ducks 31 USC 17 Anybody disagree and like the Trojans to win?

| Re: USC Trojans at Oregon Ducks Oregon Ducks blow out USC Trojans 47-20. This score actually wasn't as close as the actual score. Last two drives Ducks had first and goal were trying to run out the clock and settled for fgs. Worst loss by a Caroll USC coached team ever. Most yards given up by USC since 1948 against Notre Dame (Ducks 612 yards of offense). Tough loss for the Trojans and one of the greatest wins in many years. Go Ducks! |

| Re: USC Trojans at Oregon Ducks I hear you pal but Trojans are not that bad? LOL I was hoping that Chip Kelly would have thrown on any of the last two drives to make it in the 50's but ran every time like the nice guy he is to keep from pouring it on. I guess Chip doesn't remember last year when the Trojans threw on 3rd down to get the last TD to rout the Ducks when it really wasn't needed? It is all good, Trojans were pounded and let history now move forward. |

| Re: USC Trojans at Oregon Ducks Well, standings cam out today & Ducks are #8. That's poop in my opinion, Cincy, Iowa, TCU, and Boise all suck. Ducks could beat em any day, that Boise game was the first of the season, and was on the road. The only teams that could give the Ducks a decent game would be Florida or Texas. |

| Re: USC Trojans at Oregon Ducks I Think The Ducks Could Take Texas But Fla And Ala. May Be A Another Story A Defense Battle With These 3 Teams But The Ducks May Have More Offense. Great Playoff With Texas, Fla, Ala. And The Ducks Until We Have A Playoff System The Top 8 Teams Have A Dog In This Fight. |

| Re: USC Trojans at Oregon Ducks Not so fast mr.commish Texas has the #2 D in the Nation and has simply dismolished any running game in their way i dont think they could beat Texas but i think they could beat Florida considering theyve got a weaker than usual D Bama right now look to be National Champs though and those back 4 teams will play a part in the playoff so you better consider them a threat as well because they all have a shot.

| Re: USC Trojans at Oregon Ducks texas and fla. would be close. i would give it to fla. fla. has been there and there is always tebow. don't get me wrong as far as i'm concern if wasn't for the officals fla. should have a lost. its getting so close now any body can beat anybody on any given day. i think it will be texas and alabama in national championship game. the winner will be the one who makes least amount of mistakens. |
