This bye week could not come at a better time for the Ducks. Ducks played UCLA without 5 starters in this game including a very hot QB Jason Masoli where I think the coach made a smart move in not playing him. Masoli should be 100% with a couple more weeks off for the Husky game in Seattle.
Oregon's top tackler and pre-season All American Free Safety Terell Ward has not played since the Boise ST game will be back 100% for the Husky game as well. Ducks also will get back their number 1 receiver who has not even played this year because of an injury last week of fall camp. He will be huge I feel but did play in a couple series of the UCLA game.
Great week for the Wounded Ducks to get healthy. Chip Kelly has an injury policy it appears I have never seen in college football. If a player is not 100% healthy, he will not dress them. Meaning, they are out. In some ways I really like this but in other ways it baffles me. Hey, how can I question a coach who is 5-1, 1st place in the Pac 10 and went through hell to start the season!

Chip Kelly, just keep up the great work!
