| Weak effort last week doesn't faze Rebs' Adams OXFORD - Seth Adams lulled the Rebels to sleep for five weeks. Maybe he didn't mean to, but he did it all the same. The Ole Miss quarterback was so steady with his decision-making, so accurate with his passes and so poised in the pocket that it was easy to forget he's a former walk-on with no SEC starting experience prior to this season. And let's be real: With Ole Miss mired in a four-game losing streak, there were plenty of other things to be worried about. So when Adams' sure-fire arm suddenly turned scattershot against Louisiana Tech, with several underthrown deep balls leading to three interceptions, the surprise from the rest of the Rebels' roster was obvious.
