| Do the Rebels stand a chance? OXFORD — They run the option with stunning success, leaning on their big and athletic quarterback to bull through tackles and pick up first downs. They'll hand the ball to wide receivers in the backfield. They'll flip it to tailbacks in the flats. Or, they'll simply drop back and complete a deep ball, which they've done with remarkable accuracy through three games. Then, of course, they'll score points. Lots and lots of points. So when cornerback Dustin Mouzon considers the challenge Ole Miss (1-2, 0-1 SEC) faces against the third-ranked Florida Gators (3-0, 1-0) and their spread offense, then weighs it with the Rebels' current woes, he knows there's a potentially volatile situation brewing Saturday. "If we don't get it together, if we don't start clicking, things may get bad," Mouzon said. Ole Miss' defense has floundered the past three weeks, but, ready or not, will receive its biggest test when the high-powered Gators march into Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. Florida coach Urban Meyer's version of the spread offense generated plenty of noise by dismantling Tennessee 59-20 last Saturday. Do the Rebels stand a chance?
